When will your agency respond?

Our team reviews requests during regular office hours, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Central. We will contact you about your request or any additional details needed. Response and completion times depend on the request; call during office hours if it is time-sensitive.

Can I change or cancel a policy through this form?

This form requests agency assistance. It does not automatically change or cancel a policy or confirm a requested effective date. Our team must review the request and explain the insurer’s process. Wait for confirmation before relying on a change.

Does submitting a request report an insurance claim?

No. Report a claim directly through the insurer’s claims channel shown on your policy documents. For a GEICO policy, use GEICO’s claims resources. For a policy issued by another insurer, contact that insurer. You can ask our agency for help finding the right contact during office hours.

Can I make a payment or request proof of insurance?

For a payment or immediately needed documents, use your insurer’s official account or contact information on your policy. For GEICO policies, visit GEICO.com. You may request agency help here, but do not enter payment details. A request is not a payment receipt or proof that coverage is active.

Can your team help in Spanish?

Privacy for agency service requests

This service is offered by Keith Roberts’s local agency, independently owned and operated by Roberts Insurance Professionals, INC. Contact keiroberts@geico.com or (806) 705-6810 with questions about your request.

Information and purpose

The form asks for your name, email, optional callback number, state, insurance product, request type, preferred contact method and a brief message. Requests are intended for our agency at keiroberts@geico.com. We use these details to respond to your service request. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize an automatic policy change.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, full policy numbers, medical information, passwords or payment details. There is no file upload. Our team can explain the appropriate way to provide additional information if needed.

Form processing and storage

On the live Squarespace site, the native form processes the request for the agency. Submissions may be retained in Squarespace’s form storage or Contacts according to the site’s configuration. Contact our office about access to or deletion of request information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Website measurement

Squarespace processes technical information to deliver and secure the website. Website measurement may record that a service request confirmation appeared or an office contact link was selected, according to the site’s settings and your cookie choices. Form answers are not included in our custom Analytics events. A service request is not a completed quote or policy purchase.

Other websites

Links to GEICO and other insurers are subject to those services’ privacy practices. Use the insurer’s appropriate secure process for account, payment and claims information.
