Does sending this request create a binder or confirm coverage?

No. This form only sends a request to the agency. Our team must verify the policy and any necessary authorization or insurer requirements. Rely on the actual documents and confirmed policy terms, not the submission receipt.

Can I request a mortgagee change?

Yes. Select Mortgagee update and provide the requested mortgagee name, clause and mailing details without a full loan number. Submitting the request does not make the change; policyholder authorization or insurer review may be needed.

What if the closing is urgent?

Call (806) 705-6810 Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Central. Tell the team your deadline so they can discuss the next steps. We cannot guarantee completion by a particular closing date. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Should I attach policy documents or loan paperwork?

No. This form does not accept uploads. Leave out full loan and policy numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth and payment details. Contact our office for the appropriate way to provide any additional documents.

Information in this service form

The form asks for the requester’s name, company, work email and phone; the request type; the borrower or named insured’s name; the property address; and any closing date, lender or mortgagee details, notes and authorization acknowledgment. Provide only the information needed for the request. Do not enter Social Security numbers, dates of birth, full loan or policy numbers, payment details or private documents.

How the agency uses your request

Requests are intended for Keith Roberts’s agency at keiroberts@geico.com. We use the information to identify and review the requested service, check authorization, contact you and coordinate any necessary policyholder or insurer review. Submitting does not authorize a coverage change or release of documents by itself, and does not subscribe you or the borrower to marketing.

On the live Squarespace site, forms are processed by Squarespace and delivered to the agency. Submissions may also be retained in Squarespace’s form storage or Contacts according to the site’s configuration. Contact our office about access to or deletion of request information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Website measurement and cookies

Squarespace processes technical information to deliver and secure the website. Squarespace and Google Analytics may measure visits and general site activity according to the site’s settings and your cookie choices. Use the site’s cookie controls, when shown, to manage optional cookies. The contents of a mortgage or closing request are for agency service, not advertising conversion reporting.
